Giving Opportunities
Green Fields is most grateful for its many generous donors. Charitable donations may be restricted to a specific area of interest, may be unrestricted, or may be planned to accommodate a donor's unique tax situation. Green Fields' Director of Development, Lori Foster lfoster@greenfields.org is available to discuss these options at any time.
Gifts “In Honor” and “In Memory”
Gifts may be made "In Honor" of a special person or event or "In Memory" of a deceased loved one. The funds may be unrestricted or may be designated for endowment, scholarship or special projects.
Matching Gifts
Participating companies match donations to Green Fields by their employees or retirees. The company matches a gift after the donor makes his/her gift and completes the company's matching gift form. These forms can usually be obtained on line or from the personnel office of the company.
Planned or Deferred Gifts
You can arrange a future gift to the school through a bequest in a will or living trust, a charitable remainder trust, gift annuity, lead trust or through a life insurance policy designating Green Fields as a beneficiary.

Target School Fundraising ProgramGreen Fields is officially registered with the Target School Fundraising Program. The program works in the following way. Individuals complete a Target Guest Card application and designate Green Fields Country Day School. Thereafter, for the duration of the program, Target donates an amount equal to one percent (1%) of credit purchases made at Target stores with your Target Guest Card/Target Visa, and one-half percent (1/2%) of Target Visa purchases made elsewhere. Applications are available in all Target stores or visit http://www.target.com/. A great way to support the Griffins without it costing you a dime.
Bashas' Thanks a Million for Friends & Neighbors Program
Thanks A Million is easy! The 2007-2008 Thanks A Million program begins Sept. 1, 2007 and will run through March 31, 2008. How the program works:
Green Fields has been assigned a group ID number: 23975. When Bashas' customers link the group ID number to their Thank You Card during the program dates, a portion of every Thank You Card purchase is set aside for that group. After March 31, Bashas' will donate 1% of the total sales linked to each group's ID number, up to a $2,500 donation.
Go to www.escrip.com and click on “sign-up”. Designate Green Fields #6655033 and Green Fields will receive a percentage of your purchases from the following merchants:
